The trust was started with the following objectives:
Objectives

To publish research work in management and development studies and associated publications like magazines and books.

To provide grants to young scholars to conduct research in various fields of social sciences.

To organize and cooperate with other institutions in the organization of seminars, workshops, camps, meetings, conferences and training programmes.

To undertake all other activities to promote research in management and development studies.

To guide and train unemployed youth and help them to find employment.

To help the down-trodden and weaker section to acquire requisite knowledge and skill for the economic activity and self reliance.

Promotion of Sports and Yoga. Conducting District, State Level yoga & karate competition.
